However considering discussions around the company's vision and brand, it became evident that there was a brand disconnect. The experience, look and feel of the website did not accurately align with Paul's vision for Wayfare's brand and the audience that Wayfare would connect with and the experience that they would experience. It was agreed that in addition to the above services, Ignite Media would redesign the logo and give the website a refresh so that the brand identity could be consistently applied across the website and all other marketing activities so to convey a certain .
Further to the above, the website needed more work as it had poor navigation which would have a negative impact on SEO and Google AdWords campaign performances. No landing pages were available either and had to be built. The changes that we made to the website improved the conversion rates, improved Google's quality score of the website and assisted in ranking the website.
A note on Google Quality Scores - Google provides each website with a quality score which determines the quality and relevance of the website in relation to keywords and PPC ads. The better the quality score, the lower a company's cost per click and higher the ad rank would be in the ad auction process.Our work therefore included also included graphic design and website design.

Since Wayfare's website was fairly new, it did not rank within Google Search Results Pages. Within 3 months on implementing our SEO strategy, we ranked Wayfare's website on Page 1, position 4 for 1 keyword phrase with the website ranking on pages 2 to 3 of Google for 11 other keywords.
